SHELTER RESERVATION POLICIES
1.
A shelter is not
considered held or reserved until payment
is
received.
2. The Ziegelmueller
Pavilion in Meadowood Park is not
equipped with tables or chairs, however renters may
provide their own.
3. Renters are expected
to dispose of all trash, debris,
decorations, etc.
4. The Town of Speedway
will take appropriate action in
case
of misuse, damage or destruction of Park facilities.

BEFORE RESERVING PAVILION
You will guarantee the
Speedway Parks & Recreation Board not to trash out or damage
any parks facilities. And you will comply with all
rules and regulations governing the use of the entire parks
facilities. Posted on this web page, and that the Parks &
Recreation Board maintains the right to determine whether
the facility is usable on the date desired.
