SPEEDWAY RESIDENT
Best way disposal is happy to be the company collecting your recyclables beginning January 1, 2007. There will be no change in manner in which your recyclables are
collected. Your recyclables will still be collected every other week. Please set out your recyclables on the same day of the week as you do currently. please place your
container at curbside by 6:AM. Best Way works all holidays except Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. On holidays collection will be delayed one day.

Starting Monday December 18th please set out your orange recycle bin on your scheduled day. The orange bins recyclables will be collected by the current provider. Best Way Disposal will deliver your "new" gray recycle bin on the same day and will collect your recyclables in the future.

WHAT GOES IN THE RECYCLE BIN?
PAPER
Best Way Disposal accepts newspaper, newspaper inserts, magazines, junk mail and telephone books. Newspapers must be tied in bundles or placed in transparent
plastic bags to prevent blowing during shipment to the recycling center. Cardboard is also accepted. If you are recycling please ensure that paper, cardboard, and
other similar items are secured in container, i.e. tied together, enclosed in see through bag, etc. This will keep our  city looking beautiful by minimizing the wind
from blowing recyclables out of the container.
GLASS
Clear, brown, green and blue glass food and drink containers and jars are accepted. Please remove caps and rinse out.
BEVERAGE & STEEL FOOD CANS
Aluminum foil, aluminum metal cans, steel soup and food cans and empty aerosol cans are accepted. Please rinse and drain cans.
PLASTICS
All plastics number 1-7 are acceptable. Examples include, shampoo bottles, laundry detergent bottles. Please remove all caps and rinse out your bottles.
 
DO NOT COMMINGLE RECYCLABLE MATERIALS WITH GARBAGE.
CONTAMINATED RECYCLABLES WILL NOT BE COLLECTED.
 
If recyclables are set out in an unsuitable manner a tag (shown on reverse) will be attached to the recycle bin explaining why the recyclables were not collected.
